Just hooked it up, but seems to be great.
Easy setup. It does come with a wireless keyboard and mouse. I kind of like having them connected to my computer, so I used my old ones for that. All and all, it was an easy setup. The Wifi adapter is small and connects to the back of the computer. It works great. I just got it today, and am already please with it. I also love that it comes with Libre office. I do a lot of writing so I really appreciate that. Thank you for a great computer. I love Dell!

RAM included is only 8gb. Video cable stopped working within first week. Overpriced, and over-sold. Irritated.

    UTTER TRASH!
    Bought this as a Christmas present for the family. ONE day after first setup something popped inside and the computer was dead and won't turn on any more. UTTER TRASH!!! Then I found out the Dell optiplex 990 is actually an HP pc that was refurbished by Dell. No wonder it blew up!

    The computer is small but runs beautifully. It's fast and was easy to set up. The monitor arrived broken - called customer service who stated a new one would be shipped out that day. Very helpful, courteous and apologetic.

    Had some trouble setting up upon arrival. Their customer service was EXCELLENT. Fast response to mg emails and very helpful. All of my issues were resolved. The equipment works great, and is as advertises. Great company to work with!
