Makes no sense
As this laptop is refurbished and all, I would still imagine being able to complete simple task as my child being able to take her virtual classes, and do simple first grade work on it. It was a bit dirty upon opening the package, nothing I can't clean, but would have expected that to be taken care of before shipment. Only real annoying thing about this laptop is that we're unable to use the mouse portion of the laptop if the laptop is on the charger. It took forever to get the laptop, and now this. These are things that should be checked before shipment.

Poorly refurbished- very disappointed
I ordered 2. They came a week later than the delivery date. I paid extra for quicker shipping, but they were sent via USPS in a small box and bubble wrap. 1 was white, and so the filth was more obvious. Adhesive bumpers missing, looks dirty and gross. Stains and dirt are visible. I cant keep this. The second is black, looks cleaner but has a wrinkled and poorly placed label cover. This is not a good refurbishment. On google classroom some of the classes will not show up. Not sure what other problems we will face... very disappointed.

    it took almost 2 weeks to get the laptop. Took it out and charged it. It would not even turn on. Contacted the seller and took over 24 hours to get a response after 1 email and 2 different texts. They would answer questions they just sent a shipping label. The only thing they did right was send a postage paid return label. Now will wait to see how long it takes to get money back. I will never purchase anything from this company again

    Used trash.
    The product description didn't list the product as refurbished. The unit was worn and scratched up beyond normal wear and tear. Be careful of ordering from Walmart.com. Always double check where/who is selling the product.

    Disappointed isn't even the word
    If I could give this a negative 10 I would.. might be my fault for not paying attention. let's start with the fact that it's used and u still charged a outlandish price. I got this for my elderly mother in-law I'm so embarrassed that I had this shipped to her house. It's not compatible with her internet services for one.. the company is next door and they took it for the tech to help them and couldn't. Ok it's used I get a few scratches but this thing wasn't even cleaned. There is stick stuff all over the screen and in the hinges I don't even know what is crusty on it.. the sad part is I can't even return it cause they can't find the box ugh. So I'm stuck with this piece of crap that won't work for them. I was trying to do something nice for her. she has cancer and is stuck In the house and now with Covid it's even scarier for her. I just wanted to give her some type of joy she likes playing games. You should be ashamed of yourself for selling something like this and as for Walmart you should be as well for allowing someone like this on your website..
