Very satisfied with my purchase. The only problem
So far so good pluged in my computer it started right up. At first I was a little bit sceptical about buying refurbished computer but it works good me and my son are happy. And the wifi does work. Will be using it for school. PS it came with all the memory it says.

Piece of Junk; Don't bother purchasing!
I just received my All-in-One computer, the keyboard is defective, doesn't work (no power). When I turn on the monitor, it says 'system error' and doesn't go to a desktop view. The PC tower makes a loud clicking sound. Not happy, returning back to seller.

    great product. the monitor and pc are fully functional. it's just that it came missing key products. they said to look in the foam but the foam is paper thin. it also came without the mouse and with only one power cable

    The desktop system is not what described
    I received the system, it is a very old desktop and found he following issues with the system 1 - The LCD display is not 19-inch as described in the product description. It is a 17-inch monitor 2 - The installed amount of RAM is only 4GB, not 16GB as described by the product description. 3 - The CPU is not Intel Core I5 3.2GHz as described by the product description. It is Intel Core 2 Duo E6850, a 15 years old processor 4 - The harddrive is 75GB not 2 TB I contacted the seller and they informed me 3 days ago that they would send me a return label so I can ship the system back to them and they will ship me the correct system. I have not heard from them since.

    Pulling the computer out of the box I noticed sticky white stuff on the monitor base. Not sure what it was I continued unpacking. The tower was all scratched up and very dirty. There was visible lint inside the computer tower through the front of the tower. Something was rattling around inside the tower and there was actual dirt in the box underneath the tower. Worst thing I think I've ever ordered. It's being returned. Gross.

    I can't recommend this product at all. The monitor and keyboard were not in what I would consider resellable condition at all. Have only had it a few hours and am hoping that the processor is as advertised and can do what I need it to do in order to work from home.
