Disappointment
I ordered ink on 6/30 after reviewing my options online. The product said will print up to 100 pages. I opened my product today and proceeded to make color copies. After about 10 pages my copies started coming out smeared/faded lines down the middle. Definitely was not expecting that at all. I don't know if I received a bad batch,but not happy at all.

    My printer displayed a message stating cartridge not communicating with device. Otherwise, both new cartridges are not working. And I had some VERY important documents to print for the VA.

    Worst printer possible
    The worst machine you could buy. Wish I hadn't, will try to return it but think I'm out of the return window. Too bad it will fill the dump with more plastic

    Your service at Walmart has been good
    The Ink is great, but nothing of your fault at Wal-Mart happened on the HP-65 BLACK in I received a cartridge with ( NO INK ) To much of a hassle to bother with it to ask for another one.

    Not enough volume
    Trying to print a 159 page study guide (all text) this required two black ink cartridge replacements. From full to empty in less than 80 pages each. After approximately 60 pages this is what you get. What an infuriating waste of time, paper, and money.

    Ink Pays for the printer
    Ink cartridges cost about as much is a printer. They get to sell the printer to you because it has a low price and Ill make it up onInk cartridges cost about as much is a printer.
