Great product
I ordered a black and color cartridge, they came in two days. It was quick and easy. I put them in the printer in less than 5 minutes I was able to print again.

HP Predetermined Obsolescence Algorithm Wins Again
I stopped using HP InstantInk which monitors your equipment and disables it the moment you terminate their "service." When I received the replacement (Non-InstantInk) HP InkJet cartridges and installed them, the printer died one week later. It will not take power. So now I buy a new HP all in one printer scanner. I think, NOT.

    disappointed about failure to reset cartridge
    both were the right kind but the color cartridge would not reset and the printer didnt recognize it continuing to tell me my cartridge needed replacement. Followed steps for resetting printer but still same message. disappointed. it recognized the old cartridge though. What is my next step

    Great for just black ink printing
    Black ink is great and bright. The color cartridge very dull and red is light pink after printing two pages a boxed popped up and said my color ink cartridge is not an original HP cartridge and then I closed that box and another popped up and said my color ink is out of ink yup after two pages of text and not all color but black as well. Again no problem with the black ink.

    Great Product!
    My Son used this product while working on his Eagle Scout paperwork! All of the info printed was clear and not smudged! The pictures that he took of his project, when he made copies of them, came out perfect! They were colorful and looked like the original pictures! I always have your 61 product on hand for when they need to be replaced! Keep up the great work!

    I only bought the tri-color, but within days, I needed to purchase the black cartridge. I really wish I didn't need to have both cartridge for the printer to print. Often, the black ink is still available while the color ink is low or empty. However, these HP ink work extremely well, which is why I never use knock off, or reusable ink. I want my HP printer to work as it should, and to last as long as possible.

    Received mangled product
    I took a pic of how the product was received--the box is crushed on one side. I'm not sure if the product is usable. This could have been avoided by ensuring that the item was shipped and cushioned in a proper manner. I am concerned that even if it does work initially, because it's so beat up, it will zonk out quickly. Really, so disappointing.
