I don't know what you people are talking about but this laptop is gorgeous, works fine, isn't slow and isn't used!! I'm not very tech savvy or materialistic but this is absolutely gorgeous and I've never owned such a nice looking laptop before! My dad actually recommended me this laptop and I was gonna get a ASUS but I'm so glad I got this one! I wish it came with a CD inserter but it's ok, because everything is pretty much online now lol. I am Absolutely satisfied with this. I can't wait to start my official vet training!! ❤️I'll update if anything changes!

Item not working properly. Need to be replaced.
The item is not working properly. It needs to be replaced. Please replace this item asap it doesn't work well. It has a serious issue. The system is so slow that to open a page we need ten minutes for that. The OS is not performing properly. Item need to be replaced for its use.

    honest and very disappointed
    very disappointed with the purchase. months trying to get it to work. still owe 2 payments on this. guess I will have to swallow this lost since it seems i am unable to return.

    DON'T BUY
    spilled literally a deep of justice and the mouse pad stopped working, fully functionally after the spill. called HP just to fix that issue; they had me run test and install updates after that the laptop stopped working. i sent it to them after trying their methods to reinstall the os system at home. they told me after sending the laptop back that there warranty doesn't cover the damage and to buy another one. and as a "courtesy" they'll give me $75 towards a new laptop. not worth the trouble will not be buying another lower end HP i guess just buy the extended warranty

    Don't buy this computer. Is not working. I return the same but with 128 GB because this one have the same price than the other and more space. Big mistake !! when I'm turned on I spent like 1 hour to configure it and now the system shows an error, the screen is black or the software just stop working and puff the pc is off again. I want to return but the electronic receipt shows a different amount less than I paid, in my bank appears the change in full ?? is insane!!!

    Loving my new HP laptop
    I'm loving my new HP laptop.The color is beautiful/Scarlet Red.Getting it started, Setting-up and updates went well using my Wi-Fi connection is all I needed.I did purchased my own laptop-mouse separately though now movements are alot faster for me.Shipping made easy arrived on time,I'll enjoy and yes I truly recommend.

    not a scam .. a great buy though
    most of the people giving bad reviews are inexperienced and impatient.. ive had this laptop before bought it from walmart as well and bought a new one because i have away my old one.. arrived perfectly fine undamaged .. yes the setup takes a while and you must be patient.. mine took a little over 2 hours .. also upon start up the first 10 minuted are a little laggy but thats a given with any electronic these days … after that smooth sailing.. its has tons of storage and is easy to use overall a great laptop for gaming and office work. ps: charge it before you try and turn it on becuase it is dead also when using it make sure not to cover the bottom of your laptop with a completely flat surface because it will overheat try using a breathable surface or prop it up so the bottom of the laptop has airflow.. this is just how laptops are its not just this latop itself .. this laptop is practically indestructible just dont go throwing it around on purpose.. ive dropped and stepped on it more than once (not tooo roughly) and it was perfectly fine .. this laptop is mostly suitable for an adult though..

    hp n5000 4gb ,1tb 15.6 inches
    lightweight, great for streaming and watching tv, great for college, or school. if u are a major gamer, u might wanna try one with a little more menory. i have 1tb memory n i play a few games, but not huge file games. i really love it, works great.

    Sold me a refurbished lap top instead of a new one
    recieved in the mail on Friday, was very slow and delayed, when i typed it 5-10 seconds before the letter or number appeared, took forever to turn, or to attept to open anything after tapping multipple times. It stopped working just had a black screen by Sunday. I only use it for school. I wasnt able to turn in my assignment on time, had to complete it from work. After many attempts it started to have the home screen by Wednesday again, still moving unbelievablely slow. Today is the next day Thursday now it has an error message no hard drive, called HP they couldnt fixed suggested that i mail it to them to get it fixed which can take at least 10-14 days for the whole process and I have classes. The crazy part i believe who ever shipped to me sent a damaged refurbished lap top, the box says windows 11, but this is a windows 10. The refurbished lap top advertised on the walmart website has simular info as the box my lap top came . The refurbished is 500GB HDD same as the box I recieved my laptop in. which is not a HDD. Im really frustrated.

    Laptop is Nice and big! I love the screen size however the display quality is not all that. It's seems to be pretty fast at opening things and surfing the web . I love it nice size keyboard as well
