Replacement for Phillips R20 incandescent
One of the old incandescent bulbs in my range hood (Phillips 50W R20 floods) burned out so I chose these. They're just a skosh shorter but that's okay. They work perfectly with the dimmer switch which is good because they're much brighter than the old bulbs. And they pass the color test -- not a bit of blue. It was easy to change both bulbs so they match but that might not work if you have a lot of the old style bulbs. I'm very happy with these.

    Truly Shatter Resistant
    I have purchased a few "shatter resistant" type bulbs in the past and never felt like they truly did. I can be clumsy and have had my fair share of products fall out of my hands. This happened again with one of these and thankfully there was zero mess! Also an easy return back to walmart for a new one! FANTASTIC!

    LED Light Bulb
    I really didn't believe these were shatterproof; but, I happened to drop one while on a step stool during installation. Boy was I happy that the lamp did not shatter all over the floor. Also, I was quite happy with the color of the lamps as they provided the right amount of light I needed in the space. Thanks!

    Great buy and look amazing in my kitchen
