Motor quit working
I received this at my baby shower in September and had my girls in mid November. We started using this swing after they were born and it worked great until 2 days ago when the dial to change settings wouldn't always work. I would change it to the off position and the light was still on and it would keep swinging. Later that evening it completely stopped working. I tried replacing the batteries and using the cable but it is just broken. I'm so disappointed as this has been a life saver having twins.

    My daughter really like it... I like it can go on both way, sometimes when she get frustrated side to side i switch it to front and back it it always work... good quality, easy to assemble....

    Motor Failed
    Swing was awesome at first. Now after about 10 weeks of use the motor has failed! I put it all of the way up to 6 and it won't swing more than 2 inches wide to side. The motor makes a very loud clunking noise when trying to swing. We always have to give it a push start but now even with that it won't swing! Also my baby hits her head on the reclining handle so I have to sit her sideways and slouched in the seat to make her somewhat comfortable. I'd never buy this again.

    Doesn't sit flat
    Product was defective. Bought two and had to return both. Rods that make up the swing were crooked and it didn't sit flush against floor. Customer service was very helpful

    Great Swing
    My son is 9 months and still naps in the swing. He loves it and it has been a life saver. The first swing came damaged so I had to get a replacement. It was hard to put together but the staff at Wal-Mart put the 2nd swing together for me. The mobile is stationary but now that he is bigger he reaches up and plays with it. The motor does seem to be slowing down but I can't find a weight limit. He is almost 20 lbs so I'm not sure if maybe he is getting too heavy.

    Lacks durability
    We used this swing for our first child (15 months ago) and loved it! We packed it away in expectation to use with our next child, but this unfortunately will not be the case. It seems that our base has been bent after pulling it back out of the box. We did move, but made it through with no other damaged items. I'm saddened and surprised by the lack of durability. The base falls flat on its face unless held up strongly by a hand.

    noisy and screws got stuck in the rods
    I bought it in December for my daughter she enjoyed it alot uptil now although swing makes a very high noise of movement.Now when we moved to another state we disassemble the swing and now when we are trying to assemble it again most of the screws have gone inside those hollow rods from the holes and we are unable to get them back at the holes.Its really hectic we keeps on trying to get the screws back but theu wont come back.Before we were suffering from its loud noise and now its screws suck.
