5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/30/2022PerfectWife wanted a bike for when the grandkids were over. At 60 + I was a little concerned how she would keep up. Not a problem now. Took a few minutes to get used to the extra "push" but now she's a pro. step through design really helps. The separate throttle control is great to get started without having to pedal at all. Then just ride at your leisure with a little help when you need it. I chose this one over some similar models because of the disk brake system. Hate fooling with getting the center or side pull rim brakes to work without rubbing. Came quick, everything well protected. relatively easy to assemble. Battery was even pre charged. Cant keep the older "kids" away from it when they visit. Need to get a basket and maybe some saddle bags now for her to run her errands. Will probably be buying the black one soon cause now she wants to go out riding and I'm struggling to keep up. Have had it a few weeks and still on the first charge. Only Small negative is that the front suspension is a bit shaky. the ride gets a little exciting if going too fast. Great value for a "mature" person who just want to keep getting out. without getting worn outDave

Whether the low price is worth dealing with these flaws is up to you. It worked for what I needed it for, but I wouldn't recommend the brand or the model. See below for details :) 1. Support for this bike is nonexistent, and I would give this brand a hard pass in the future. I wrote them to ask if I could buy a second battery for it, and their "support" gave me a link to their website, didn't answer my question, marked my ticket as solved, and then never replied to any of my follow up emails. 2. It looks like you can't buy a battery for it as mentioned above. They didn't give me a real answer, but since I can't find any online, I assume the answer is no. Once your battery dies, you might as well toss the bike. And forget about having a second battery for longer trips. 3. The handlebars and seat twist around, which is unsafe. It's physically impossible to mount the handlebars and seat securely. They don't move around while riding, but if you fall over, expect to have to twist everything back into place. 4. The bike isn't waterproof. Even humidity is a problem, I kept it out of the rain for months and I still ended up having to crack open the control box to clean the moisture out. It kept pressing buttons and changing speeds while riding. Now I have tape all around it to try and seal it better. 5. The bell doesn't work at all. 6. The wheel guards bend too easily and can drag on the tires if you don't make them perfect. 7. The battery is removed with a key, however this lock is incredibly poorly designed. It takes quite a bit of force on the key to get the battery out, which led to BOTH of my keys breaking after just 3 months of use (I've never broken a key before in my life). You also can't get duplicates of this key made because it's like halfway between a car key and a house key, and nobody has blanks that match. I had to 3d print a jig to get my battery out. Now the battery is just zip tied in, so anyone could walk by and steal my battery (which is irreplaceable). 8. Holy moly, this thing is tough to pedal after the battery dies. If you think you can pedal it like a regular bike once the battery is dead, I hope you have a lot of energy. 9. The battery doesn't last as long as I'd like. I use my bike to basically get groceries from the store half a mile down the road, and I have to charge it after like 3-4 trips. It's probably because the hill drains the power, but I would have hoped to get more then 4 miles out of it even in that case. 10. This bike should come with thorn guards on the tires, or a recommendation to get some. I've had to fix 3 flats on the back wheel already. TL;DR It does get me where I want to go. However it doesn't do it very safely (seat moves, handlebars move, no bell), and it's not very convenient (easily punctured tires, not water/humidity proof). You can't get replacement parts for it (battery, keys), and it won't hold its value.Keirstin

Front fender bends easily and front handles need to be re-tightened after each transport but for the price I am very pleased with this purchase. I've been able to do some trails with my kids and tow a 50lb kid on a 25lb half bike trailer.Bella

I had doubts about it from the very first day it was such a tiny key and u have to push to hard to take the bateey out. May be my bike was defected. Otherwise good ride giving 25 miles Good brakes had stand light and lots of reflectors. Bell. I m glad I was able to retun it. Walmart costumer service was super good n fast. They refunded my plan money too as it was with in a monthhamna
