Never Win Anything!
We love Frigidaire. Good quality appliances. A little more expensive but with it. We only have one vent upstairs, hallway, but no vents for the central air in the bedrooms upstairs. These pick up the slack of minimal vents upstairs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Just opened the damaged box and we can't even use it. It is damaged in so many places, bent metal, several cracked plastic pieces. It is being returned.

    A very good basic AC unit
    Works exactly perfectly. Not my first Frigidaire AC unit (which is why I selected this model over others). Very easy to use/understand the controls. Ran it nearly every night last summer and it never failed. My original Frigidaire in the living room window is going on 8 years strong at this point. Temperature is accurate and it has an economy setting, too.

    Bent and dents!
    received AC that looks like it has been dropped several times. I called customer service the call was dropped three times. How convenient for them. I left several messages never receiving a call back.

    Great A/C. Great Price
    Great A/C. Great Price Had an older Frigadare A/C about 8 years old. Condenser/ evaporator fan motor sized up. Why I don't know. Upset about it I purchased a [2] GE unit. Had to send both back. Won't go there again! Purchased a new Frigadare unit and it work good and does a great job. It's also made in Canada not CHINA

    Effective and Efficient on a hot Day!
    This appliance is efficient, cools the room down quickly and is relatively quiet. We were pleased with the features and the fact that it was easily installed and ready to use. There were no issues or disappointments at all. It replaced an older and much noisier unit, and we were so pleased when it arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date.

    This is my second purchase of a Frigidaire AC and am very happy with the one I have. The one I have is a similar model but with the dry mode feature. It also allows you to turn off the lights on the board which is helpful if you need all lights out in your bedroom at night. although the dry feature is listed in the product description for this model, it does not have the dry mode. You can actually get the features in the cheaper model for about $20 less. There is an error in the product description and the wrong features are listed in this model. Still it is quiet, cool and looks very nice but could have gotten more for less. Three stars cause I'm not happy

    Disappointed
    After purchasing and installing this unit I noticed a crack in the styrofoam case inside the unit. The crack goes all the way through to the outside. After reading so many good reviews I am disappointed in the quality of this product. And now my local dealer says all units are back ordered so I have been waiting 3 weeks for a replacement. I'm not sure I will purchase Frigidaire in the future. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Awesome A/C Unit!
    I bought this about a month ago and couldn't be happier! It's in our kitchen and it does a wonderful job of cooking things down quite quickly, even when we're using the oven. The remote also is extremely helpful. It's also quiet, so now we can continue to have conversations even which the A/C is running (our kitchen is also our dining room).
