Love the WiFi
I bought this about a month ago, it arrived sooner than expected and I’ve been overly satisfied with it ever since. The WiFi and the app are added bonuses, I can check the room temperature and adjust it before I even get home. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Arrived damaged, didn't cool overnight
Unit arrived damaged from shipping. Side panel partially crushed, face piece won't pop back into place, remote crushed on side. However, was not so damaged it would not work. Installed it without problem. Blew cold air. Read manual for troubleshooting and settings. Left it on "cool" and "low" overnight and it was warmer in the room than when I went to sleep. It was not set to "eco" so there is no sense in why it would stop cooling. Returned it.

    Nice and cool
    The filter light stays on constantly even though the filter is completely clean. This seems to be a problem with many brands of window air conditioners. I bought this Frigidaire for a bedroom after previously buying an LG for another bedroom. Both a/c's work great, yet both have the same problem with the filter light. Took off one star for the light.

    Disappointed with Frigidaire
    Sent first unit back due to excessive noise, received replacement, makes same noise, guess I will just have to get used to the annoying noise, would not recommend for purchase if rattling noises bother you.

    It works but...
    Takes a while to cool down a bedroom but it gets there. Temp reads two degrees lower than actual. I live on a fairly busy street and this unit passes much more street noise (when turned off) than my old one. App loses connection often (there is a wall between my router and bedroom) and is slow to respond.

    Walmart has lost its charm...
    highly disappointed, purchased this air conditioner for almost 300.00 to have it arrive with a huge dent! Like "how did they not see this prior to shipping?" So I can't return to store but I can get it shipped back and wait for a new one? Besides, that I could barely get it in my house because its huge! Walmart just lost me as a very dedicated customer.

    Not as quiet as I would have liked
    The lowest fan speed is still quite loud but not unbearable for a bedroom. I really appreciate that the lights turn off after a while so it doesn't light up my bedroom. Would appreciate some better insulation on the side flaps. Overall 4/5 due to those *issues* but has worked well so far.
