I RECEIVED A BOTTLE OF HOT SAUCE I ORDERED. WHICH WAS WRAPPED, AND PLACED IN A BOX. NEEDS TO BE WRAPPED IN A BUBBLE PLASTIC WRAP, BY THE WAY. DELIVERY IN A SHORT TIME, GREAT ! BUT THE CAP WAS BROKEN. I AM AFRAID TO USE THIS PRODUCT, AS IT COULD BE TAINTED. I WROTE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED FOR THE DAMAGED BOTTLE IN THE BOX TO BE PICKED UP, AND FOR A REPLACEMENT TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE LIKE THE FIRST BOTTLE. I HAVE ALL MY PACKAGES DELIVERED IN FRONT OF MY DOOR. I AM HANDICAPPED, I TAKE MEDICATIONS. SO I DO NOT DRIVE ANYMORE. MY FAMILY HELPS ME WITH SHOPPING AND TAKING ME TO MY APPOINTMENTS. I ORDER EVERYTHING ONLINE. THE ONLY CHOICES GIVEN TO ME WAS THE PACKAGE TO BE TAKEN OVER TO THE UPS, FED EX, OR OTHER POST OFFICE. I FOUND OUT THEY WILL PICK IT UP AND DELIVER A NEW ONE, A REPLACEMENT. WHICH IS WHAT OPTION I ASKED FOR. BUT NOW THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR THIS ITEM AGAIN, INCLUDING THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING. SO I AM ESSENTIALLY PAYING FOR A SECOND BOTTLE. I AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL. ONE STAR, WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS !! WALMART, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    Great. The BEST!
    Thee best hot sauce, y'all already know! Love that they keep the ingredients minimal. I started to dislike regular buffalo sauce on my wings, those sauces are way too buttery and creamy sometimes. I just want the it GOOD and SPICY and FLAVORFUL.

    cannot live without Frank's Hot Sauce
    I love Frank's I put it on everything! they have a commercial on TV that says put it on everything and I literally have always said that! Frank's is so different in a way that it's got actual good flavor with the heat. I love Tabasco but the heat is sometimes too much so Frank's is my go-to hot sauce! this bottle size is huge! it's great because I don't have to keep buying more, but it is pretty big!
