It came 6 days late. The jar of wild yam cream had the lid loose and the safety seal was off.

    Smells good but it will always be back-up.
    Helps with cramps. I just hope that you don't think that it's a better way than taking pain pills? No it doesn't work that way.

    Worth a try
    I tried couple of other brands and was allergic to both. Wanted to try again, decided to give this one a chance. First, I'm not allergic to it !!! Which probably means, there are no harsh and synthetic ingredients and that's a very good advantage. I'm half way through and in order to form an opinion, need to use this one at least, so, I'll update. The cream is real nice, nice smell and texture, which makes using a good experience.
