SO Frustrated!
My 91 year old aunt received this product in a case as if she got it off the shelf at the store!!!! How in the world is she supposed to open it? This is incompetence at it's highest. She is so frustrated and aggrivated. PLEASE use common sense and don't do such stupid things!!!!!
