My eyes are already getting heavy
These work as well as any of the brand names (however I do take 2 gelcaps total 100mg) I’ve been diagnosed with several sleeping disorders so I understand 50mg being the safest to maintain over the counter purchase. These are safer than prescriptions and not having the added pain reliever’s is even safer. The price won’t keep you up at night.

REALLY TICKED OFF THIS TIME WALMART‼️
The product is fine….but the store obviously doesn’t care about their customers privacy as you can see in the photo as the driver hands me my un-bagged item. This is the second time this month with the first being a male delivery driver handing me incontinence products in the parking lot outside my apartment that hadn’t been bagged at the store.

    Works well doesn't make me feel groggy next day
    I have to take 3 to actually fall asleep but i think that's more of me problem I have really bad insomnia. I never wake up groggy though!

    Can't sleep? Take one of these and you will sleep like a baby! Ever since hitting menopause, insomnia started kicking my butt. These things have me getting 8-10 hours of sleep at night. Take one about a half hour before going to bed. Just make sure you allow yourself enough time to sleep because you're gonna feel hungover if you don't. I'm going to get another bottle because these things are the truth and whenever I go to get another bottle they're sold out!! Zzzzzz

    These work great for sleep and without groggyness! Even Melatonin can leave me groggy but not these. Only draw backs is some of these are duds are some are not. So you will know when one is good (and feel drowsy) and a dud (just filled with blue liquid) and not drowsy. I would say 20% are duds.

    Not for everyone.
    It works for my dad but does the opposite for me. Makes my dad passout within minutes but for some reason it makes me borderline manic.. Guess it has to do with brain chemistry?
