    Good for CPAP users to get a good night's sleep.
    These work for me so very well, been using them for years when I need some solid sleep. Leaves me a little groggy when I wake up, but can shake that off within 30 minutes. The benadryl stuff does nothing for me, these do the job much, much better. Also, being a decongestant, helps clear my nasal passages while asleep, which helps a great deal, being a C-Pap user.

    Most effective over the counter medicine for sleep
    This is the best over the counter, sleep medicine, and it works better than Benadryl(diphenhydramine). It lets me fall asleep a very short time, about 20 minutes. I don't feel sleepy or groggy, but when I fall asleep, it is fast and quick, I just close my eyes. I only wish that the pill was coated because it's hard to get down and it starts to melt in my mouth. But I have tried all the over the counter medicines, and this one works consistently, every night. I recommend it to anyone who has trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep.

    Cured Morning Sickness
    It works. I took this for 8 months of my pregnancy, doctor recommended it, and it definitely made me fall asleep sooner but mainly helped my morning sickness. Without this I couldnt even drink water. While this did put me to sleep faster it did not make me stay asleep if something more urgent was happening (needing to go to the bathroom or my toddler crying). I really loved that while it worked it didnt make me oblivious to the wake world. The tablets are very small and easy to take.

    Great Sleep-aid
    I am so glad that Wal-Mart has these to offer. The price is great compared to name brands and also it is very hard to find this particular "type" of sleep-aid. Most of them are Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and I can't take that. If you can't either...these work great. No groggy feeling in the morning either. Give them a try.
