    these work.
    i have purchased these in store. i like how each dose is 2 pills. 2 of these make me groggy. a half dose works great. sleep through the night and no grogginess the next day. i work with heavy machinery so the half dose is perfect. I've been using these for are least 5 years. i know what works for me. try a half dose of these. might works for you too.

    These are just ok. I have loads of issues sleeping and this one doesn't help unless I take more than one which isn't recommended.

    These work well enough to help get you to sleep, and they are not(at least for me) overpowering, as with some other sleep aids, I feel tired when I need to get up.

    Equate Is an effective and fast working sleep aid
    I went off my prescription also medicine and swapped to this over the counter sleep aid. I have to tell you it works as well or better for me than the prescription did. I also dont have any of the hangover, groggy feeling I got with the prescription. Equate Night Sleep Caps are very affordable and effective. I fall asleep and stay asleep with this medication and feel safer taking it.
