I've bought these before and like them. I take one in the morning, especially if I'm in hurry and don't have time to make and drink coffee, or if it's too hot to drink hot coffee. There's no jolt or jittery feeling. It just helps me wake up when coffee's not an option. Plus, they're less expensive than buying coffee.

Great sleep aid

    I used it for headaches and to give me that boost when I got to do something important that day. It gives me energy without all the sugar and whatever else is put in energy drinks. I totally recommend this item and when I do have a headache I take Tylenol extra strength with one of the caffeine pills.

    A safe pick me up!
    I rely on the caffeine when I work nights. It is safe for my health because it is only 200 mg of caffeine. I like the cheaper price. I can compare it to vivarin or jet alert. I can't tell the difference!

    Great alternative to coffee. I feel the caffeine impact very quickly and don't have to spend the ridiculous amount of money on coffee each day. Cheap and effective.

    I ALWAYS keep thismon hand!
    Great for caffeine pick me up when I don't feel like drinking a cup of coffee or tea. I also take 1 or 2 with 2 extra strength Tylenol when I feel a migraine headache coming on. I can't take the usual OTC 'headache relievers" because they have aspirin that I am not allowed to take (I take blood thinners). So, I keep these on hand to "nip"/any sort of vascular or migraine headache at bay. I am an RN

    Energy after work
    I take two pills with my vitamin pill near the end of my shift at work so that I can get home to my family and still have a lot of energy to play with the kids and do work around the house. It's been working really well!
