Heavy and smelly
The product formula has changed. I bought this product November 8, 2021, and it was thicker and smelled like high SPF sunscreen. Previously the product was very lightweight, just like a moisturizer, and had no telltale “sunscreen” smell. Now, you might as well put on a heavy, greasy 50 SPF sunscreen—the kind a pale person like me would use for a day at the beach. Everyone will know you are wearing sunscreen! This product used to be just like Oil of Olay SPF 15 (daily formula). Light and almost undetectable but protective enough for daily protection. I'm very disappointed in the changes.

    Drastically reformulated - now thick
    I've used this product daily for many, many years. It was light, non greasy, felt good on my skin while still providing a moderate amount of daily sun protection, and all at an affordable price. The product has been reformulated to replace the active ingredient octinoxate with homosalate. (The new packaging states "reef-friendly". See pictures.) As the previous reviewer wrote, the product has changed drastically. It feels exactly like applying a thick, cheap SPF 30 or 50. I have tried mixing it 50/50 with my evening night creme just to thin it out enough to be able to stand the feel of it on my face, but after a few days of trying this I realized it's not worth it for a $4 bottle of moisturizer. I'm just going to throw the product away. The box still states:"Light, non-greasy formula", which is absolutely false and should have been removed from the packaging when the product was reformulated. DO NOT BUY if you are looking for a light non-greasy daily moisturizer. (If you don't mind putting thick greasy sunscreen on your face, save your money and just buy a cheap body suncreen!)

    The amount you get for the price is unbeatable! I've used OLAY before and it's left me very oily all day! This doesn't leave you oily at all but gives you that moisturized refreshing feeling. My go-to!!

    Very Moisturizing for Daily Use
    Take note that this product states for 'normal' skin. I have extremely dry skin and I use this product all the time. It really works well and I would have to say it is not just for normal skin. I especially like to use this product when I know I will be spending a lot of time outdoors. It contains the sunscreen and that is very important for wrinkle and cancer prevention. It's a very affordable product and it's a lot of product for the money. It's a white creamy lotion that absorbs readily. If you have very dry skin, you might want to give this a try too.

    Equate's answer to "Oil of Delay"
    I love equate products! Why buy the expensive stuff when you can get as good or better products? I've used this face lotion for years - a replacement for "Oil of Delay" when money got tight. It was one of my first Walmart store brands I bought and now I use many in HBA. People remark that I have a beautiful complexion and no wrinkles at age 67. This is the only answer I can give and it's not even the anti-wrinkle formula.
