Great Bikes at affordable price.
I ordered 2 . Came in when they said they would. Packed very well... The bikes work great.. we love them both. No issues what so ever.. they easy and fast..

Bike doesn't work
Ordered the bicycle on April 10th, it doesn't work. Customer service is not responding to me to complete a return. I took the bike to Walmart to return and they won't accept it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE SELLER AND WALMART. Please beware .

    Nice bike, but something wrong with battery
    Bike is awesome---except.....the battery is very loose in the carriage (pre-assembled from factory), and it keeps come disconnected over any big bump. Not good. We are going to return and try the bigger battery version.

    Poor customer service and faulty bike
    I would really like to give this 4-5 stars but we've had a few problems with it. My husband and I bought 2 of these. One of them came with one tire completely flat and the gears don't change. We've contacted the seller numerous times with no answer back as to how we could resolve the issues we had with the one bike. Now the bikes battery is only charging about 75% of the way. It still works for the most part. It's still rideable after using tire goo for the tire to repair it, but the customer service is lacking with this company. I don't know if we got a faulty bike or if this was a return but I just bought it in January I've only been able to ride it 3 or 4 times and it's just been one thing after the other with it.

    Great Electric Bike at a great price!
    A really nice bike. Unsure of how an electric or an electric assisted bicycle would work, we thought we would try this one. Easy to assemble in about an hour. Very well packaged. Has performed very well. We have now used it for over 50 miles. 10 miles or more each of a few rides. It was originally for my wife, but she liked it so well that we bought a second one for me. Mine has been perfect as well. About 30 miles so far and it has been cold around here. Looking forward to Spring and Summer. I highly recommend this E-bike. Btw…. No one asked me to write this and I was NOT compensated for this review.

    I received the bike with no battery inside I contact the manufactured they will not email me back at all so now I have a bike with no battery that I cannot use

    Great hot weather bike - love it! 5 stars
    So much fun! Basically get three modes/speeds - 1st is like pedaling a bike normally w/ just a bit of an assist - 2nd is full on electric push when you pedal - twice, then coast, pedal, coast, etc. 3rd same as 2nd but faster! Then of course there's throttle only, man this thing will move. No regrets, love it.
