    The strap to tie down the string pad was coming apart they was unraveling. Check for all holes to line up.

    Surprise ruined.
    I am sure that the trampoline itself will be fine once we put it together, but it was shipped in three separate boxes with the images on the side. The delivery wasn't scheduled until Tuesday 12/1 or Wednesday 12/2, but it came yesterday morning (11/29) around 10 AM. My 13 year old was being so helpful and brought the boxes in, seeing the image on the side, completely ruining the surprise. To add salt to the wound, at 1:18 PM, I got a text and push notification that my package was being delivered. This could have been handled much better than it was.
