I ordered crib and it came damaged. Called customer service and they were on it! Got me a new crib within 2days! My kids and my beautiful wife put crib together before I came home from work!! Thanks Walmart

cheap made !!
broken out of the box !!! not sure if shipping company have poor standards or just this is VERY BASIC MADE and they dont have a good shipping packaging procedure

    Returned!!!!
    Delivered broken to my daughters house. We told her to check for missing/broken parts since the reviews on here gave me an inkling into what we might get. Definitely can't glue it... thats not safe so back it goes!!!!

    great crib i love it for the price. nice and sturdy changing table took the longest to put together bottom part had an uneven piece other than that a breeze to put together. my bff and i did it and im 6 months pregnant wouldn't recommend doing it to far along my back hurt for a day lol

    Nice crib.
    It's a great crib. So far so good. It feels sturdy. Very easy to set up. Some hidden areas have small chipped parts, but doesn't affect the quality as a whole.

    Beautiful black crib, did have 1 unnoticeable scuff mark, but i only noticed because i read the reviews nd was kinda looking for it, lol, but otherwise its beautiful. I put the crib together by myself, it take longer because I turned some of pieces the wrong way(i have no clue how) so that would stop me in my tracks and I would have to take it apart then continue to put it together again, the hardest part was the changing table otherwise I believe I did great to be 5 months pregnant by myself putting a crib together at 4am! I hope you all enjoy!

    Got sent the wrong color
    I was really looking forward to receiving this crib, so I was so disappointed when I unpackaged it to find that I had been sent the cherry colored crib when I ordered the black one. Luckily nothing came broken like some others have complained about, the wood seems nice, but Im really disappointed about the color. I reached out to customer support and they did offer to replace it but Im not willing to go through the trouble of packing it all back up, shipping it back, and waiting for a replacement when I might just end up getting the wrong one again. Only other thing they could offer me was a $25 refund. Little bit ridiculous in my opinion. All in all it seems like a nice crib but they really need to make sure they are shipping orders out correctly.

    Poor shipping, great product!
    The box came all beat up, but other than a few dings that are hidden and unnoticeable, overall very happy with the product. Great color, went together very easily and I did it in an hour by myself. Only tricky part was the side of the changing table. Directions were very clear, screws weren't labeled but theres only two sizes so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Railing guard was a pleasant surprise and the changing pad wasn't too thin. I'm even able to use it in my bassinet! Fast shipping although they did not handle with care like the box says in big letters, only reason I knocked a star off. Ordered on Saturday night after Christmas and got it Tuesday morning.
