Helps with allergies

    out of stock item for shipping and it was marked as delayed and I would have never known if I didn't contact customer service. I had to reorder a smaller size for delivery from the store no problems. I love the product just disappointed that I couldn't get the larger size to cut down on my delive

    Great for sensitive skin
    I began having skin irritations from products that we used for a few years. My wife and I heard from relatives that we should try this Downy product. It took away the skin irritation and inching I was having immediately. Great product, highly recommended for people with sensitive skin.

    Great product
    I have always used downy for it softening power but when my child was born with psoriasis I needed a fabric softener for sensitive skin. Thank goodness Downey came out with their free and gentle fabric softener. What can I say other than it is the same great fabric softener but for sensitive skin. You can't go wrong with this company. I highly recommend Downy both regular and free and gentle.

    Best fabric softener
    My daughter has sensitive skin so I can't use super scented softener, even though I prefer the scented stuff this is actually better for the longevity of your clothes, I feel like my clothes are in better condition after using this downy softener, I've read that it's not good to use fabric softener but I think this helps the actual fabric from stretching and becoming “loose”. You need just a little, I make up for the “scent” aspect with a fabric dryer sheet, I think less is more when washing your clothes, too much soap and stuff ruins your clothes! I use powder Tide (w/hint of Downy) add this at rinse and a fabric sheet and my clothes are super soft, highly recommend

    I like the downy free %26 gentle fabric softer. I don't have any choices really when it comes to buying a lot of products due to my allergy to Aloe….yes I am allergic to Aloe %26 it is hard to find products without Aloe in the ingredients. I also have psoriasis so laundry detergent %26 softeners are a big deal. Downy free %26 gentle softener has been my %231 choice %26 the one to go too!!!

    Best clothes softener for sensitive skin for real!
    Great item for super sensitive skin. The best softener when washing clothes for your sensitive skin. I know that's what it's made for and I know it works! Unlike other advertised best product for skin care it actually is. No sharp smells of perfume rather a clean fresh scent like natural because it is they don't put scents in sensitive Downy! My clothes come out soft and fresh and I've never seen a rash from using this Downy Sensitive clothes softener. Thank you for doing what you are supposed to do!

    Very upset
    Disappointed and upset because I received my Downy softener and liquid detergent today and the softener was dripping out of the box. More than half of the liquid was all over the box. Very bad packaging, NO packaging at all I would say. I’m new buying Walmart online, I have bought several items with no problem. It was the first time and the last time I buy this product online. I was expecting a better service. I uploaded some pictures. One of them shows a black mark showing how full the bottle came. And some pictures showing the conditions of the box.
