I loved the way the downy was shipped, so as not to lead. It had tape on the cap, was upright and was in a sip lock bag. There was no leaking. Great job Walmart packer! I would not wash clothes without this product. It is great for Downy overs that have allergies. The product and price was great. Was nice to have the option to get a large quantity.

Very upset
Disappointed and upset because I received my Downy softener and liquid detergent today and the softener was dripping out of the box. More than half of the liquid was all over the box. Very bad packaging, NO packaging at all I would say. I'm new buying Walmart online, I have bought several items with no problem. It was the first time and the last time I buy this product online. I was expecting a better service. I uploaded some pictures. One of them shows a black mark showing how full the bottle came. And some pictures showing the conditions of the box.

    For sensitive skin!
    I like that it is cheaper in bulk and I have to buy it less. I'm glad that they offer it in this size. My daughter and I have sensitive skin and this works!

    Love home delivery and prices
    Great products and price. Everything was well wrapped and received in perfect condition. The large bottle of Downey was put in a sealed plastic bag and sealed tight. I am happy with all the things I bought plus the great service.

    Needs better description information
    This is a water conditioner, not fabric softener. I need to try the no dye products but could only find this on-line. Had the description been accurate, I'd have never purchased. Doesn't work like traditional Downy.

    Down fabric softener has been my go to for years. Delicate on fabric and a little goes a long way. I won't wash bedding or towels without it, they just feel rough otherwise.     I have been using this product for years. It is a wonderful product. This Downy does not put any perfume smells in your clothes, and it does work. Also, it is white, so no colors are added to your clothes.

    Damaged Item
    One bottle had a large dent in the bottom, making it difficult to stand up straight on a shelf. Once it is half or a quarter full, it will tip over. Disappointing delivery!
