Dissatisfied with Customer Service
I'm very unhappy. Earlier today it showed my item was ready for pickup and now I've just looked and showed they cancelled the item. Did they give it to someone else because it was paid! I'm so aggravated! Hoping I can find elsewhere for my granddaughter! 0 stars!!!

    Daughter adores her, hair doesn't last
    My 8 month old wanted this doll as her very first toy she saw in a store and wanted. She's now a year and a half and out of all of her toys she constantly has this doll we named "Princess Baby" in her arms. So, safe to say it's definitely her favorite toy. (She even took her to when she got her shots and the nurse 'gave the doll some shots' too, which is why she has bandages on in my photo lol) Unfortunately her hair lasted all of a month and because my daughter was so young when we purchased her, I cut the clear ties off, so the crown never stayed on her head. There should be a way to keep the crown on without dangerous tiny clear bands. That doesn't make sense to me. I've had to pull her hair up into buns to make it look half decent, but it's extremely obvious that there isn't actually hair on half of her scalp, so she still looks bad. There's no good solution I guess, except using higher quality doll hair. This stuff sucks. She's suppose to be Rupenzel for crying out loud.

    Very cute baby Rapunzel doll, my daughter who is 4 years old carries this doll around with her everywhere! This doll is very good quality, I like that the body part is soft, also great detail in the dress and she even has little freckles.

    My daughter loves her new Rapunzel doll! It is currently her favorite movie so this was a must. I like that the body of the doll is soft so it can be hugged and loved. The hair is a little messy but it is Rapunzel so not much we can do there. Also I wish instead of the little bottle is came with a stuffed Pascal. The bottle is too basic and could have had a better option. All in all very happy with the doll as my daughter loves it!

    Disney Princess baby Rapunzel is so cute! she has a a soft belly and plastic arms, feet and head. This toy is perfect for a 2 year old. her hair is long and pretty and she comes with a hard plastic bottle. My Daughter loves her baby Rapunzel and we can't wait to collect all the baby princesses

    My daughter absolutely loves playing with her baby Rapunzel doll. The soft body makes it easy to cuddle. My daughter loves to brush her hair and feed her the included bottle. She carries this doll around everywhere she goes. This doll is adorable. I have now bought my two nieces it because they would fight over this doll when they would come over to visit. I highly recommend this product as it will not disappoint.

    This is my oldest granddaughters new favorite doll. She says she feels soft like a real baby. Her tummy is stuffed so she is soft and perfect for any child who loves to cuddle with their babies at night. Her hands, head, and legs are made of harder plastic but have chubby baby details that make her absolutely adorable. She comes with her own bottle, tiara, and beautiful princess dress with matching bloomers. My granddaughter was a little disappointed that this was rapunzel and she didn't come with a hair brush. Which makes sense to me as well, with her long beautiful hair.

    The Disney Princess Rapunzel doll is absolutely adorable! My little one loves her! She is small enough for my little one to hold and cuddle. She played pretend with her for hours. It really sparked her imagination!
