Kids loved it!
Very nice for my 6 and 7 yr old! Love how it lights up and play music as well... Definitely worth the 149.00!

Poorly made...
Ordered this Frozen sleigh for my daughters birthday and it arrived damaged. The back part you have to attach would not fully attach and only one side lit up. Called customer service and they were very responsive and quickly resolved the issue with sending out another one and having the damaged one picked up to return to warehouse. The second one they sent was NO BETTER, actually worse because the back pieces would not attach AT ALL so now I have been sent TWO separate Frozen sleighs and BOTH DAMAGED!! I am very disappointed in this product and would not recommend until the manufacture makes changes so this product can be used efficiently.

    Horrible experience.
    Started to work great out of the box then it took a dump. Have had this now sitting in the garage with all of the replacement parts they sent me. Battery, power motor for wheel, stick shift, foot pedals. I just around to it and can’t figure how to take the back power motor off. No manual online. No YouTube videos. The Battery blew fuses every time. They send me about 10. I am disappointed in this item. Girls were so happy and now it just sits. Hopefully I can find some information online. Bad experience.

    Not at all worth the $250
    We really wanted to love this item. I just set it up on Christmas Eve (2020), and I am a little disappointed. Immediately out of the box, it was evident that a light on the back side was busted inward and was unfixable. Mildly frustrating, but it is what it is. On putting it all together, it was very frustrating since most of the plastic was misaligned for the main back piece, which made the rest of the pieces not attach correctly. I have put together many, many toys, so this wasn't a user issue. The overall durability is in question with how the plastic structure feels in general - in my humble opinion. Unless we got a defective one, ours only plays one song. I guess I will go back on the product description and double check, but something to keep in mind. Charging the entire unit is a bit of a hassle as well. Not the end of the world, but definitely not convenient. You have to remove the seat, unplug the battery, charge the device, then plug everything back in and place the seat cover back. Overall, with the feel of the unit and the messed up alignment right out of the box, I truly wouldn't recommend the item for $250. If this was on sale for maybe $150, it wouldn't be bad - but Im going to be counting the days to see when the unit dies and becomes a $250 piece of junk. (Hopefully it will surprise me and last a while!)

    Too slow, and is boring!
    Ok, bought this four years ago, along with the Princess Carriage. Wanted her to have both, for a fun magical Christmas! That was a huge mistake. The Carriage goes pretty fast. This sleigh barely moves. I can honestly say, my daughter only rode it a handful of times. Now on the other hand, the Princess Carriage probably has 200k miles on it!!!!! LOL! The sleigh is cute, but the carriage is much more fun. It lights up! It has all of the bells and whistles. Definitely, a better purchase for your money!!!!! I didn't even think about returning the sleigh. Too much of a hassle.

    I purchased this for my granddaughter's frozen party. It was a huge hit. It look magical at night time with all the lights. This was almost a year ago in October and it still runs like new. It runs safer than the jeeps and such because it is low to the ground. Best gift ever

    Disney ride comes to your house.
    Great ride on vehicle for play! Roomy and drives easily. The grand daughters love the music and lights. Great that it comes already assembled except for seat area, which is very easy to do.

    Awesome Gift for Birthdays
    There are so many Ride on Toys out there ranging from 6-Volt, 12-Volt and 24-Volt with different themes from Action superhero to Disney's character. I decided to buy this Disney Frozen 12-Volt Ride-On Sleigh because my daughter loves the movie Frozen and her favorite? Pretty obvious Elsa! I bought this product for her 4th birthday. She had a wonderful time, it comfortably sits two toddlers with good leg room, it has two speeds and a reverse option, she likes the lights and sound that comes with it. It's ideal indoor, outdoor on pave or concrete terrain, not so good on grass or uneven terrain. Assembly was quite short, it took less than an hour to get all the parts together, instruction was pretty straight forward. One thing I can say about this product is its real strong, I can cramp in it and drive it down to the garage when my daughter leaves it in the driveway. I'm pretty satisfied with this purchase.

    Brooke and Azlynn loved the Disney Frozen Ride-On Sleigh. The girls dressed up and had a wonderful time driving the sleigh around the neighborhood. It drove fine on grass and slightly uneven terrain. It is best on a paved or concrete surface, but it works fine on grass. The lights and sounds are fantastic. The assembly is by far the easiest I have ever seen for a kids powered vehicle. I have put together several and this took less than 5 minutes including taking it out of the box. Just don't forget that you have to plug in the lights found within the rear back rest to the plug for the battery before you install it. The instructions does not address this and I can see people failing to do this. My unit was also missing one of the screw holes for installing the rear support seat assembly; however it was easy to fix. Overall this gets an A.
