    Faulty pump mechanism, about 50% of the time!
    This is the only shower wash I will use. I've used this for years and I love it. It smells great and it doesn't dry out my skin. The only bad thing about this item is the fact that basically 50% of the time that I order this product the pump does not work. I have learned to save my old empty bottles with working pumps so that when I receive a broken one I can still use it. I don't know why this happens but it might be something the manufacture wants to look at. Perhaps shipping the item in a different way. Maybe putting a cap on the body wash and putting the pump in its own bag for delivery would solve this issue. I have also started buying the bar soap in the scent due to the fact that I never know if I'm going to have a pump that works or not. Besides that this product is awesome.

    Heavenly Fragrance
    I just love the fragrance of this body wash. I don't like the smell of jasmine by itself. However, the combination of lavender and jasmine creates such a lovely fresh fragrance. The fragrance lingers in the bathroom for a long time after I take a shower.

    Suds up easily, smoothly, and the lingering scent fills the bathroom long after your shower is done. Of course, it cleans well, and rinses off quickly, without residue. I've bought this before and will continue to purchase it.
