Did not work
Horrible do not buy. They sent me something that did not work and told me I had it plugged in wrong. I'm very knowledgeable of computer and hooking up the wires.

    I received my desktop computer today I have tried every way I know how to get a hold of y'all to settle this and get things done right and not leave a bad review. But I don't know how to get a hold of you all now other than this way. I would love to have a desktop computer I've had it over in my office and it's been running for over an hour and still will not work it tells me an error has occurred and it can't download windowsAnd that I need to click OK to restart the computer it has done that over five times. I would like for someone to call me or emailed me back to settle the situation on top of not knowing that it was a refurbished computer

    Package showed up on time, but once I opened the box the tower was scratched and dirty and the disc drive was shoved inside the tower. The ad didn't say refurbished or used. So I thought I was buying a new computer. Absolute junk do not buy from here

    I want either a full refund or a replacement!!!
    This computer sucks I bought my son for Christmas and it doesn't do anything it keeps having error code and tell me that stuff is not hooked up correctly when we follow the manual. I do not recommend this computer to no one.

    Computer isn't fully working.
    Bought it last month was supposed to be a Christmas gift, turned computer on keeps giving me a message of fan failure. Can somebody from store contyme to solve issue? Tks

    It was shipped on time but when I turned it on the monitor was broke and it had scratches all over it. Walmart tried to call the third party seller and all they got was a voice mail. DONT BUY THIS.

    The item was shipped from a third party retailer as I was told. When I received the first computer it looked like it had been dropped and dragged then shipped. When I sent it back for another after if arrived then the monitor didn't work. I sent it back for a full refund.
