good price but , beware of issues
had to return this item . received second one and had same issue with updating the time and other settings. very good price but have not receive any tec. support from seller as of yet. guess refurb means expect some problems. was offered money back but, am in need of device. in the past I had good service with refurbs.

Terrible buy. The computer wont start. Keeps saying your device ran into a program and needs to restart. It has someone else account as administrator so i can do any of the rebooting. Idk if to return and get another one and hopefully i get lucky with a working one or save more money for a better one. Uhghg so disappointed

    Slowest computer ever!!! My first computer in the late 80s was faster!!! I'm actually using a 39 tablet to write this, because I don't have an hour to do this on the one delivered!!!

    The dell CPU that I received in the mail, looks totally different from the one I saw in the walmart website. I am going to return it. Next time I will make sure it is sold from walmart and no one else.

    Not Happy!
    I ordered "2" refurbished Dell Optiplex Desktop Computers, when i got the package there was only one tower one mouse one key board and one wife adapter..i was confused and maybe thought i was getting another package ...I later checked all paper work and there were supposedly 2 towers 2 keyboards 2 mouses and a 2 wifi adapters..i called Walmart they got in contact with "Rounded Sam" ...roundedsam then sent email requesting weight and dimensions of my package...i panicked because my box was ripped and thru in the trash..not knowing I was going to have to prove I didn't get it,I ultimately went to fed ex and found all info they needed sent it and roundedsam they NEVER returned an email in fact ignored me..i then called Walmart and they had the second one sent to me...WELL! the second one has been Crappy!! the key board and mouse do not work..and the wifi adaptor broke the third day! I feel they ripped me off...and Im Super Upset i ordered reurbished towers,,, DO NOT TRUST "ROUNDEDSAM"!!!! this was my first experience ordering like this ..man i learned the hard way...I trusted it would be a good experience because I went through Walmart..I regret it!

    Worst piece of crap junk I have ever bought. Didn't keep the shipping box so can't return so I'm stuck. You will be sorely sorry if you spend your money on this junk. It can't find my printer, can't adjust volume on speakers, slow as molasses.

    Stopped working after having it for 2 weeks. Didn't move it or jostle it around, and now it won't power on fully before powering itself off in a broken loop. You get what you pay for, I guess.

    OS not working!
    The operating system will not load even after I booted the computer several times. To add insult to injury, the company itself is unavailable and I can't leave a message because their voicemail is full. I am currently processing the return of this worthless PC.
