Smooth as buttah
This won't run any intense games unless you add a graphics card. But otherwise, the specs are decent for medium gaming, and other things such as video and photo editing. This is a great buy for the RAM, SSD size and processor. You may want to add a HDD for additional space for stuff but otherwise this is great! Runs smooth as buttah!
Side note, the refurb company added in a nice budget mouse and keyboard AND a mouse pad. This wasn't listed as coming with the desktop, so it was a nice touch!

Dont buy, reviews must been paid for 5 stars
First, no hdmi, i didn't know that's possible. No internal wifi, they give u a usb wifi which broke immediately. Then errors activation on windows. There is no windows key code or any paperwork at all, possibly stolen or reused Microsoft. Troubleshoot directs you to pay $200 for windows pro. When u call customer service during business hours, you get voice mail.

When i contacted them about the wifi, they stated that it was a dongle and it was in the box. unfortunately the wifi dongle was not in the box and i have recieved no other communications from this seller. Buy at your own risk i will never buy from this seller again.Bud

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/30/2023An EPIC fail.1) Liked prompt delivery. 2) Dislike: Ordered with wireless capability. PC is ETHERNET ONLY. 3) Rear fan failed. 4) Mouse doesn't work. Used another mouse (mine). 5) Monitor and cable were serial connections. Received disclaimer saying they would NOT connect to the Internet. Didn't bother to set them up. 6) Displayport cable sent instead of HDMI so I bought a f to f coupler to connect to my Toshiba 55" monitor. 7) PC recognizes my Note 10 plus but would not allow access to internet via USB tethering. 8) Also received a small USB flash drive which would not fit into a USB port so it could hold drivers or maybe allow a wireless connection for either a wireless mouse or keyboard. I DIDN'T receive either. 9) After I ran 2 diagnostics, I discovered that: (a) the rear fan failed and (b) the 500 Gb HDD was not found which could either be because of the rear fan failure, a Hard Drive failure or the Disk Controller being incompatible with the hard drive. 10) I rent so I can't have ethernet ports installed permanently. Router is 100 feet from my monitor. which means I would have to run a 100 ethernet cable across my bedroom, down a long hallway, across the living room and into my home office. A big SAFETY ISSUE! Sorry Guys. You didn't send me what I ordered. There are too many things wrong so I'm returning it for a refund.Betty

Nothing was damaged when it arrived. Easy to set up but it did not come with the quick start guide like it said it would on the website. It also did not have WIFI like it said on the website. No biggie. I just hooked up to the internet via ether net and it is fine. It seems to run very well but I have not started using it yet. I will be adding some programs over the next few days so we will see what it can handle. It did come ready to go out of the box like the website said so I am happy so far. For the price, I am pleased so far.MCat
