Refurbished junk
I would give this a zero if I could. Beware. These are refurbished systems even though they do not disclose that. Our monitor was broken upon arrival and extremely scratched up. It had lived a hard prior life. The keyboard and mouse are extremely cheap; they are not the ones pictured in the ad. The tower would not recognize the keyboard they sent or any keyboard we tried and we could never complete the set up process. We returned the whole thing. At first the vendor worked with us about the monitor but was silent once the other problems arose (albeit it was over the holidays). Thankfully Walmart stood behind this seller and issued a refund.

    Ok price not sure Id purchase from them again
    It was missing screws in the back, thank goodness I had some that worked. Was supposed to be a new computer and it states its refurbished.

    Blairtech sent me a 9010 not a 7010 but the 9010 has all the features the 7010 has and after having to buy afew items to set it up it runs GREAT and happy I bought the DELL I would reccomemnd the DELL 9010

    Would recommend both the company and the product.
    It came well packaged and in good shape. For the money an excellent deal. It's obviously not a top of the line, new gaming computer but that's not what I ordered nor did I expect. But for someone who needs a very capable home computer it fills the bill very well. I had occasion to use their tech support and that was handled within minutes and I was impressed with the response time and help provided. I am happy with the purchase and would recommend for someone looking for a well priced functional home computer or even office use.

    Happy with Refurbished System
    I am very happy with the refurbished desktop computer and 2 monitors. There was a little damage on the base of one of the monitors; other than that they look great and they work great. I have had them about a month and haven't had any problems. If there were no damage I would have given 5 stars. Buying refurbished saved quite a bit of money.
