    I had to call the customer service line because I ordered two of these same pair by mistake. The first representative was less experience and hesitated but was willing to help and ultimately did. The second representative (second call) was nice, verified and explain what the first one had done for me and resolved my issue. I was very satisfied. I am sure the slippers are very very comfortable!!

    I bought these for my sister in law and bought the matching lil bear slippers for her daughter for Christmas. They are so adorable and look exactly like the picture. I can't wait to give it to them. I want to get a pair for myself

    Comfy easy-on slippers
    Since I often referred to myself as Mama Bear when raising my children, these slippers initiated quite the response from my now-grown son when he saw me wearing them recently. But I like how they also have rubber soles so I can go out with my doggies in the morning for their first outing. I prefer them to full slippers that sometimes require a shoehorn to get on.
