Lousy shipping
The unit is just OK but the shipping that Walmart uses is FedEx the worst of them all every time that I receive something through FedEx it never comes on time there tracking is terrible I even once had a package that never came from FedEx through a different retailer so after a month I got my money back but 2 months later out of nowhere the package came wow at least I got a free item if possible use UPS

    We have similar make and model. After 3 years still works great. My only problem is the control modes, confusing. VERY quiet. Would recommend.

    BEWARE, it may have worked!!!
    BAD RATING!!! Item was shipped and probably laid on it's side during tri-state Fed -Ex journey. At no point was it written on huge box "TO REMAIN UPRIGHT " or even at the very least an arrow UP to show that item needs to remain upright, as it has a condenser much like a refrigerator. That is clearly Walmart's fault, as it shipped from a fulfillment center. Did not receive all parts. DISASTER!! Ten minutes plugged in, unit began to shake and a electrical smell permeated the room.
