DISAPPOINTED......Being a first time online shopper. I received a device sold packaged and shipped from this seller and upon turning the cromebook on. IT DIDN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!! So I've returned it.

    UNSATISFACTORY
    Was in like-new condition - no scratches, scuffs. However, NO DOCUMENTATION and not much on the internet; one USB did not seem to work and the audio port did not work with two different devices. Being returned!

    Not the best purchase.
    I bought this for an angel tree and it wasnt a good present because it didnt come with a box, was poorly packaged. No paperwork or instructions. Also very scratched on the top from ware. Im not sure about the functionality because its been given as a gift.

    Screen issue
    The screen has some imperfections on it. Almost looks as if it has been dropped. It works and allows my son to do what he needs, but the screen prohibits me from giving it more stars. Purchased refurbished*
