Upon investigating how to up my levels, I looked up what foods were high in phosphorus. Surprisingly, pumpkin seeds topped the list. I'm on a high protein low carb diet, and these are good for that. 1/4 cup has 180 calories, 3 carbs (but only 1 net carb because they have 2 g of fiber), and ELEVEN grams of protein. That's huge. They also have more iron and potassium than a lot of foods. They taste really good - I'm glad they're roasted and seasoned. I tried some raw and unseasoned and was not a fan. Also, that price can't be beat. I like these more than sunflower seeds. They're bigger and not as messy. I hope they never discontinue these!asdfasdf1
