    I recommend the fit.
    Didn't give a 5 because I haven't tried the cold/hot packs. I love the adjustability. Far better than a previous brand I tried.

    I feel they should make them a little bit larger because even though it says one size fits most it doesn't fit most. You need to make them for larger people as well. I bought several of them because I am severely immobile and I need to have one in every room of the house so when I get changed or dressed I can put it on right away or my lumbar spine locks up and im in pain all daywith limited range of motion . This brace helps tremendously but is too tight for large people. i found the same problem with their leg and knee supports and braces. Please make an XXXL in all your products Cause one size does not fit all,or even most .But all in all your copper fit products are marvelous,healthwise.

    Useless since band is way short
    Band is too small, so make sure you're not even near a plus size, or not even sure if you're an average man if this would fit. Useless to me.

    Try this brace, you won't regret the purchase
    After two fusions and a spine stimulator I still have pain when standing too much or walking. This brace is wonderful. I put it on and can finish a sink load of dishes or vacuum the floor with a noticeable reduction of pain. It tends to be hot if I wear it outside, but I can deal with heat much easier than the pain. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost, it's really worth twice the price.

    I had lower back fusion four years ago but still have pain when doing housework or yard work and this product has reduced the pain substantially and I also have the back brace . I highly recommend these products.
