Good value and quality
Needed this size in my cookware. It is versatile, heats up fast and evenly. Less oil required and very non-stick, easy to clean. I like this pan, an addition to other Copper Chef pieces that I have purchased. It looks good in the kitchen. Can be used in oven cooking.

Very disappointed with way Delivered
Date: Friday 01-8-2021...The pan looks fine, but haven't used it yet. Have a problem with the delivery person. He/she is leaving pkg's OUTside in the cold instead of bringing them INside of a Senior bldg that i live in. Pkgs being delivered by the FED X person should be brought inside the bldg so the senior that ordered it should not have to go outside in cold to look for where it was set down! ALL pkg's brought to the huge senior bldg are always brought INside and set on floor by the mail boxes where other pkg's are set. This is very inconvinent to have to step outside to look for where it is put down. At least FEDX should notify the person that their pkg is here and where they put it. Am very disappointed in the way Walmart is doing things now as far as FEDX is delivering pkgs to people ordering things from them! Im gonna try my best not to order again unless i know how a item is being delivered. ~ Very disappointed on this! Sorry... P.S. I called FED X abt this issue today 01-8-2021 and told it would be taken care of... WE shall see... T/Y

    I love Copper Chef. This stuff holds up to daily use. Heats quickly and cooks at lower temps perfectly. Cleans like a dream.

    Great no stick pot!
    Excellent pot for sautéed onions etc. Do not use cooking spray ever and will stay great! Bought fry pan also, lid from pot fits both!!!love it and they look nice!

    Low Heat cooking is best
    What I've found with Copper Chef is that it performs best with low heat cooking. I have several of these pans. If I'm going to cook a pork loin, I can braise it on a high heat, then add the Veg. broth with vegetables, it is delicious. If I cook bacon at high heat, turn down the heat to a simmer and then add an egg, the egg does not stick to the pan. These pans do have a sticking problem at high heat even when using a PAM type spray product or olive oil.

    YAY - a clear lid!!
    Food doesn't stick, easy to clean. Great that it has a clear glass lid with a vent hole. You can see what's going on without always having to lift the lid, or tilt it a little to let steam escape. Just wish the handle was heat-resistant, instead of metal.

    Makes cooking a breeze
    Works well. Takes a little longer to heat than my previous pot however the non stick is wonderful and its heavy without being too heavy. The handle does get warmer then I would prefer but overall Im very pleased with this purchase
