Very Happy With This Unit!
We were very pleased with this AC unit. After pushing off investing in a strong AC unit and suffering with a weak AC unit for months, we finally gave in and purchased this one. It's been a lifesaver this summer. It finally cools down our room and it works quite well. The features are great. It's not even so loud. Would highly recommend .

resently broke down and the manufacturer will only cover parts. in other words you have to pay for someone to come out and figure out what beoke order parts and have them come back and repair the unit so far.

    Buyer Beware...
    Let's out cool air but I've only been using it for about 2 weeks and there's already a loud banging noise coming from the motor. Very disappointing, and I'd really hate to go thru the trouble of taking it out of my window, repacking it, and returning it to the store. Such a hassle.

    a GREAT window unit!!
    This is an excellent window unit!! Great performance, no louder than any others, and it is a Energy Star model!! All at a SUPER price! I have one of the same size, but the previous model from Cool-Living that I have had in my bedroom for 5 years now. It still works just great! Arrived in great shape. The box and packing are excellent. Thank you Cool-Living for making such great products at great prices!

    Drips water from the front
    I am very pleased with how this air conditioner cools my home but it is dripping water from the front and I don't think that is normal the air conditioners I had before did not do this so I think I will take this one back and replace it with another one hopefully it doesn't do the same thing

    I had a 5k btu in the window that I purchased at Walmart ....The unit was ok....I decided to get the larger unit and still keep the smaller one for a smaller room....This unit is doing a Great job for the size of room about 300 square feet...Very happy with the unit.

    Great Value, Great Cooling!
    It arrived this afternoon and within minutes our kids had installed it in our living room window. Our living room / kitchen is 20 x 25 and the 8,000 BTU AC seems to be perfect. It was packed well and everything we needed was in the box. Tomorrow is our 60th Anniversary and this was our gift to each other. Perfect for a Summer Anniversary! We love the remote.

    Quite and blows cold air.
    Nice air conditioner blows cold air and is quite. bought it for my bed room not sure of the square footage but i owen an older home with big bed rooms and it cools it down nicely.

    Love this unit, life saver.
    Well it didnt arrive as specified but it's because o Feded delay not walmart's fault, this unit saved my life and my dogs and cats, my AC vent out and we have 98 degrees in the house, this unit is the only thing we have now, I put it in my window and my furry babies fell all better, it cools really good and actually at night it was very cold.

    I gave this product a 4 star because it would have been nice if it came with more of the black tape and foam. Also it only goes down to 61°. For the price its not too expensive its a reasonable price. It blows really cold air within seconds. It's perfect for your room. I love my new air conditioner.
