Ridiculously good deal for this terrific brand name and high-quality coolant. I feel very wise and fortunate for finding this.

I followed all the guidelines for flushing the coolant in my car, yes this is for commercial heavy duty vehicles like semi trucks but upon investigation and exchanging emails with Chevron it can be used in a car. But.... even GM pickup trucks, suv's and commercial vans use the same 3.6L engine so that's why I feel this would be good fit especially with all the driving I do. Delo XLC is top teir stuff that supersedes this but since Walmart has the ELC, this would be acceptable alternative but don't interchange the two. only difference between Delo ELC and XLC is..... ELC has added nitrite to avoid cavitation on cylinder sleeves in older to mid 2000's diesel engines. In the newer diesel engines 2010 they are all aluminum blocks but also have added a metal band on the newer engine cylinder sleeves to avoid the use of nitrates so XLC would be highly recommend in those applications due to the fact it's nitrite free it's a much newer, but better formula. Refer to your owner's or service manual for your recommendation because both products mentioned here are very good. But there are notable differences to consider... Take the time to read the SDS on their website as well.... Anyway!! regardless of fuel type, ELC can be used in natural gas engines and gasoline as well which aided my decision to use ELC. I should've went the XLC route but the price difference and availability was the drawback. cheers to higher boiling point of 265°F and a very stout additive package in this stuff. USE it with confidence!!
