No quality control
I love chef man so I was excited to find a bigger airfryer with great reviews. But They sent me a used item and it wasn't even the brand on the box. It's upsetting. It was dirty and had grease dried in it and I think that's mold in the bottom. Idk how these ordered get sent out like that. No one does a quality check anymore. I reached out over a week ago and still have yet to hear back. I threw the item out so now I may not get a refund. Even sent in a pic of what I was sent and nothing.

It's not as loud as others. Very simple and easy to use. When you set a timer it beeps halfway through to remind you to flip/shake/etc… I always set my time at the halfway mark anyways so I wish I could disable this feature. I didn't realize this air fryer doesn't have a removable basket. It has a removable tray. You grab it in the middle and lift it. This isn't ideal, to be honest. I very much prefer a basket. I use liners so I can't just grab the tray. All in all it works fine. I just wish I would've read in more detail the specifications of the air fryer.Tee

We had smaller one about 4 quart but wanted a larger one so wouldn't have to do food in batches. We did Omaha frozen 6 ounce ribeyes. First we did quick sear on both sides and then moved to air fryer. Preheated already. Cooked at 360 degrees for 18 minutes. Turned out perfect. Hot all the way through. Pink in middle like I like it medium rare. Fit all 4 steaks at same time. Cooked from frozen. Oh the steaks were tender and juicy and oh so good! Loved it so much ordered another for my grandson's family. Love the larger basket. Easy to clean. Found it quiet. Easy to use light up screen that shows each view of where you are at in cooking with countdown. Bell rings and ends. You won't go wrong with this purchase!FlaGrandma

It's got a nice big basket and seems much sturdier than my previous 2 fryers. The touch buttons can be a little sticky but I think it's still overall worth it. The do prefer a basket rather than just a grate inside but that seems to be the downfall I had with my other 2. Ultimately it was the baskets that broke so I think just having a grate is a pleasant upgrade after all. You can take the grate out and pop it in the dishwasher to be easily washed. Not to mention this machine runs soooo much quieter than the others I've had. I'm very pleased with this machine.Bryce

Good size basket, larger than most I've seen. I have only tried it so far for heating up frozen foods, but I do want to try it soon for cooking raw chicken. I found some great recipes that I'm itching to try. This air fryer is quiet and not an eye sore, nice aesthetics.LKay
