SO SUPRISED THESE WORK
I recently purchased the Cascade Platinum ActionPacs dishwasher detergent and I have to say, I'm extremely impressed with its cleaning power. I was skeptical about the claim that it could clean burnt-on messes in just one wash without any pre-washing needed, but to my surprise, it did just that. The premium tough food cleaning formula easily removed all the burnt-on food from my dishes, while the built-in rinse aid and the grease-fighting power of Dawn left my dishes sparkling clean.

Beware
We purchased a new dishwasher, it came with two of these pods. It also mentions that this product received a Good Housekeeping seal. The fist pod ruined the finish on our stainless steel cheese grater. When we ran the dishwasher with the second pod it started to do the same thing to our stainless flatware. We have never had any problems whatsoever with other dishwasher detergent products. We are quite upset about it. I have contacted them directly to figure out why this happened. Three sides of the grater are abraded, the fourth side is still okay.

    I love these pods because my dishes come completely clean nearly every time no matter how dirty my dishes are. I see family cleaning their dishes before they put them in the dishwasher and tell them they are eating their time if they use these. Only the worst crusted in bits will survive the wash. If it will take elbow grease to get off these can't help but anything short of serious scrubbing and these pods will get the job done

    Great stuff but pricey
    Its expensive but worth it. I love the container its easy for me to put under the sink without spilling. Thid cascade formula works amazing I never have ledt over residue on any of my stuff. Id only change the price but hey I keep buying it because its good stuff and I dont run my dishwasher a ton. If I did then I probably would get something more affordable and deal with discount brand streaks

    Its worth the extra few dollars
    The manual to my dishwasher instructs to use Cascade Platinum specifically. I tried a lesser version of Cascade and other less expensive brands. Cascade seems to work better than other brands but I found that Cascade Platinum really does work best to get my dishes completely clean. The dishwasher itself also remains cleaner longer with Cascade Platinum. I do have an issue getting my butter knives completely clean but I think that may be the knives themselves. Not sure. I'd prefer to save the extra few dollars but having clean dishes the first time is a must.

    Clean dishes no matter what
    This are my favorite dishwasher tabs. My kids help with dishes so they are not often rinsed well but when I open my dishwasher after I've run it they are sparkling clean and smell great. No mess or squeezing! (I don't let me kids hold or use the pods- they only get to touch the dishes!)

    Buy in bulk if you can!
    Love these! I keep mine under the sink so it's super easy to pick one and put it in the dishwasher whenever I need one. The large pack helps me to not worry about buying them often. I've been on the same box for months and I use at least a pac a day.

    Effective dishwasher detergent!
    This is by far the best one I have tried so far. My dishes are very clean, no grease. And the dishwasher looks clean after use. I always prewash my dishes with water before putting them in the machine but with this detergent this step is not necessary but I like to do this step anyway. I like this dishwasher detergent.

    Stripped Varnish Off Silverware
    Just started using these... bought a second pouch this weekend and just noticed it's taken the varnish right off my black silverware I've had for years. Darn... :(
