DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!
Do not waste your time or money!! This is a shotty hair straightener! I thought because it was a Chi that it would work great on my hair. However it is bulky and just a big piece of plastic. I am returning this item ASAP!! I even tried to use it and it took forever and it only straightened my hair for like a hair and then it poofed back up!!! Ugh what a waste of time!!

    Worth the money!
    Love this! Very smooth, doesn't pull hair and perfect size. You can't adjust heat but it wasn't a problem for me

    Not worth it
    It straightens but it doesn't leave hair looking healthier after using like they normally do. This is worse than a cheap brand straightener from Walmart.

    This smaller version of Chi works great. Fits well in my hand. The only negative which is not that big a deal is that there is no temperature setting. It's either on or off. Love the color too.

    Not good
    I've used it maybe 5 times and the edges are burnt. I unplug as soon as I'm done (10min tops) Also, it pulls my hair out and takes just as much time as a cheap one.

    I ordered this item because of the offered reasonable sale price.. I honestly didn't know how good it was going to be since it didn't have any heat settings, but being that it was a Chi Product, I took the chance in buying it! I'm so glad I did, I love it! Works great!
