I purchased the chocolate Carnations instant breakfast to put in my moring coffee. It tast awesome and I'm getting protein, vitamins and caffeine all in one cup.

stomach cramps and diarrhea
Terrible. Beware if it's your first-time to take this thing . i tried for the first time in my way to work and had a miserable day couldn't . severe cramps and diarrhea. if it's your first time try it at home .not out of home

    Tastes like chocolate milk!
    This tastes like chocolate milk! You will need a blender ball to help mix this but it's not overly sweet like some other nutritional supplements. I'm recovering from a major surgery and a nutritionist advised me to use a drink like this to supplement my lack of appetite at breakfast and it's my favorite brand and flavor thus far!

    wet, ruined package
    Just received this product in the mail. The outside package was fine but the actual package of Carnation breakfast essentials was soaking wet and the inside packets are all wet. not quite sure how that happened.

    Taste great and healthy too.
    Great for my 11 year old. She wakes up and drinks one pack and off to school she goes. She loves the taste and she gets many vitamins and other essential minerals and especially protine.

    Love my carnation breakfast mix.
    I love carnation breakfast mix. It's easy to prepare. I recommend using a blender cup. It makes it easier to mix and it is smoother. It helps to get me through the day. My breakfast is carnation breakfast mix, coffee and juice. I also like the chocolate flavor. It does come in other flavors: French vanilla and strawberry. All of which are easy to mix and tastes great. Good for kids and adults. Gets you your daily requirements in a tasty drink mix. I have been doing the mix for 15 years. Makes a bottled form as well.

    I used to love the rich milk chocolate in this breakfast essentials, it used to be called Carnation instant breakfast. The last few boxes I got was all powdery at the top after I mixed it and mixed it and mixed it. They must have changed something, I just don't know why though because it was really good before. My son isn't happy about it either. I've been drinking this since the '80s.
