We love Burt's Bees products
I got this to use for a diaper cream on our daughter and it's working very well. We use cloth diapers and have not had any issues with it. I like that we can also use it on her dry patches of skin that she sometimes gets. We use many Burt's Bees products and will continue to do so. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Terrible new formula
Doesn't work anywhere near as good as the old formula. Used to be my favorite product for my daughter now having my second baby was so excited to get this again and have been so disappointed with the new product label and ingredients. Lots of ingredients that were removed from old formula feels like to save money. But now the smell, texture, and effectiveness of ointment is terrible.

    Completely different ointment
    As one of the reviewers already explained, it is a completely different product. It has half of the ingredients than the previous product with yellow label, but added a sunflower oil, it smells different and is less effective. I don't understand why changing such a wonderful product to make it worse. Really disappointed.

    Miracle ointment is what this really is
    I adore this ointment. I have actually sworn by it for 6 years now… my baby girl suffered from eczema from birth, and still to this day we use this ointment on her; and she's 6. It's thee only thing that keeps her skin moisturized but not tacky. It is super lightweight, but thick enough to make a barrier. The smell is also so lovely! I've used this on my babies face, used it on her tender eczema, and my tattoos that need some TLC. I absolutely love this ointment!

    The smell was odd, sweet and fruity but not pleasant. Very waxy aroma. The ointment was creamy with a oil like feel. Great for baby scratches, diaper discomfort and irritated skin. I also found use in the product using on chapped lips, nipple cream and more. The multiuse becomes very beneficial.

    Great for mom and baby!
    This multi-purpose healing ointment with shea butter is amazing. It's hypoallergenic petroleum jelly and 100% natural. It works great on my dry skin and my babies. I love that includes beeswax as well. I would highly recommend it and I will be keeping this in stock at home.

    This ointment smells amazing! It is great at moisturizing the skin. It left my toddlers skin so soft. It helps to minimize his chapping from the side of papmers. It has use for a number of things which i loved. Also helped to smooth bug bites which is a plus.

    New formula and strong scent
    Such a disappointing surprise when I opened my package (I auto-order three tubs every 2 months from Amazon) and saw a new ointment. The smell is really strong and fruity. I don't feel comfortable using this on my baby and toddler anymore. I'm returning it today. Let me know when you bring back the old ointment and I'll buy it.

    Bring back the old formula please
    The new formula does not smell nice. I've used the old formula for years on my toddler and it was great for his sensitive skin and it had the best smell. This new formula does not have the same fragrance although it still moisturizes well. Please bring back the old version!

    Burt's Bees Baby multipurpose ointment
    I used the product on my own face before bed and it didn't feel greasy at all. Loved the light smell too! Just a little dab goes a long way! My face felt wonderful in the morning. Babies skin feels wonderful too! lol :) [I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review]
