    I bought this swing for fun but soon realized this was also an awesome ab workout. It was easy to attach to my tree. My son who is 9 loved it (hard to find something that will get him off his screens) and it was also strong enough to hold the weight of my husband who is almost 160lbs. Recommended.

    This swing is a lot of fun for all ages, 6 to 60!
    The design could be a little better. I think if it had something on the board where you place your feet that would keep your feet from slipping, some kind of rubber or gripping material would help. Also, the curve around the edges are a little too high for our comfort. Other than that, we really enjoy it. The swing is a lot of fun. We have 3 generations that have used this swing and we all like it.
