Very Disappointing
After researching many different products, we settled on this griddle/airfryer combo. When we attempted to assemble this, it became very clear the unit had a manufacturer error that had resulted in the base being tilted. This tilt prevented us from being able to assemble the legs properly. I have no idea how I will even be able to return this due to the type of packaging it comes in...

    If shipped it will more than likely be damaged in shipping. The damage may be unrepairable. Quality of product shipping container should be better to avoid this problem. We had to do some bending to get the legs to fit as brackets were not correct from factory. I am not sure this was not a shipping problem as well though. The lid is broke and parts are bent. But if packaging was better I believe this could be prevented.

    I was so looking forward to this product; however, it arrived a month later and was completely damaged and unusable. I contacted Walmart and my only option was a refund with a return.

    Combo is the bomb.
    I already have a gas grill and a pellet grill. But when I saw that this griddle had the two large air fryer baskets and a warning tray it was a must have. So far burgers and fries were very good. Fajitas turned out great. Bacon and pancakes were great. loving this griddle.

    Unit is nice if it was not smashed up
    The unit was delivered by Walmart logistics and the Blackstone Grill is all dented up. I have reached out to Walmart yet no response, same with Blackstone.

    The perfect companion to a BBQ grill
    My wife's cousin got this on sale for black Friday and loves it! I saw him cooking on it for his daughter's birthday and I had to have one. I already have the 17" portable that we use for camping, so I know how to use it. The added size and the air fryers made this the perfect companion for my propane grill and Weber kettle. But the over $1000.00 price tag was above what I wanted to pay. (My wife's cousin got it for $600.00 on sale). I knew I wanted one, so I kept searching for sales. I finally found it for $690.00 at Walmart and I grabbed it. Unloading it was a chore, by myself, as well as building it, but once assembled, it's a breeze to use and maintain. I cook on it at least twice a week and use the air fryer at least twice as often. I cook Mexican style tacos, veggies, stir fried noodles and rice, and of course bacon, eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes. In the air fryer we've cooked wings, both plain and breaded, fish sticks, bagel bites, fries, onion rings, corn dogs, and heated many fast food left overs to their original crispness and flavor. If you flat top griddle or just enjoy having a large surface area to cook, this griddle is fantastic. I have it set up next to my BBQ grill, so I grill steaks and griddle veggies or make quesadillas for the kids at the same time. It really completes any outdoor cooking area.

    Blackstone 36" griddle w/air fryer
    We picked up this griddle w/air fryer from the store 8/4/21. I can't tell you how many time its been used since then! Walmart was the only store that carried this peticular model.

    Excellent product
    Wow. Just wow. After correctly seasoning it, I cooked every meal on it for a whole week. This thing is amazing. Done correctly, NOTHING STICK. Eggs ? Don't stick. Cheese ? Don't stick. Maintenance is easier than a regular non-stick pan. I just wished I heard of it before buying useless conventional grill. I now have a gravity fed smoker / oven and a blackstone griddle. Perfect match. With those I can cook anything.

    Love it but doesn't go together right
    So we've used it a few times and love it. However when putting it together things do not line up! I took pictures and hope to attach but for the amount of money this costs I believe this issue should be looked at.
