Everything you need for the first timer
This Application kit that I used along with the window tint film as a Spark Reviewer had all the necessary tools to install the film. Since this was my first time to have tried to install window film it was nice not to have to go out and purchase additional items. To me the squeegee had a nice fill in the hand but the tip on it appeared to be just a little soft. As you can see from the photos it shows that I was not putting the film on a car window but on a house window to cut down on the amount of heat coming from the western sun. A suggestion that I would make for using the knife for cutting the excess window tint that as you cut you hold the knife parallel to the window which will give a finer cut. This I noted after cutting the left side of the film and holding the knife perpendicular there was a small gap of clear glass showing through. And since I have seen how easy it is to install film using this kit there a few more windows I am going to cover.

Can Make Black Magic Tint Application Easier
This is the kit meant for use with the Black Magic window tint. This kit comes with an empty bottle, some soap mix, a rubber squeegee, a utility knife, and a microfiber cloth. If you're using this kit for its intended purpose, it works well enough. The instructions are terrible however. None of the instructions really go into detail for any of the Black Magic tint components. The squeegee is nice to have, aside from that, most of this stuff are things most people have lying around their house. If you want a kit for the specific purpose of making the application of the Black Magic window tint easier, then it's worth grabbing. If you're trying to do it as cheap as possible, then you can get by without it. I tinted the windshield on my motorcycle. It was pretty easy since I could simply remove the windshield and do all the work on a table inside. I'm rating this kit 3 stars due to the fact it's not entirely necessary.

    This kit is a must have for installing window tint. The squeegie that comes with this kit is a good one. The razor knife was also very useful, even though I was installing precut tint, it was needed. The solution you mix yourself. I used it liberally and still have more than 3/4 bottle left. I applied my tint and then passed the kit along to a friend who is about to apply tint. I think there is enough in this kit to do lots and lots of tinting. You can also use this solution for decals. Oh, and the cloth was a nice perk, too.

    Black Magic Window Tint Film Application Kit
    This is part two of the total kit that I used to tint the back side windows on the vehicle. There are two parts to the kit. 1 = the film and 2 = the application kit (spray bottle, packages of mix, squeegee, knife/blade, towel Follow the steps that are given in the instructions and you can have great looking tinted windows. Note that this is primarily for windows that are fixed into place. - Clean windows before using tint film - Cut a rough size just larger than the window you are tinting this will make it easier to control the film and get it where it is needed. - Use plenty of spray solution on the inside of the window you are going to apply the film for window tinting. - Once the film is where you want it, carefully squeegee from the center out to the edges, working your way around the window smoothing out water bubbles to the towards the edge of the window. - You will want to take your time to get all the spray solution worked towards and out the edge of the film/window edges. - Carefully trim the edges of the film that is not on the window viewing area with the kit's blade/knife. - Use the included towel to wipe genitally from the center outward on the film. - Check the view from the outside of the window for any bubbles left to smooth out. - Enjoy the new look. This kit has plenty of tinting film. I would suggest there is enough to do the side windows and back window with film to spare. Looks good as factory. Just remember to take your time, set-up and follow the directions on the packages.

    Application Kit OK. Not a great value.
    I was a little confused when I saw an empty bottle labeled fluid, with no reference to the fluid concentrate and no instructions to mix anything. At first, I thought I got a manufacturer defect, but after examining the rest of the items I found two packets of fluid concentrate that said mix with distilled or bottled water. It wasn't clear if I should mix one or both with a bottle full of water. Complete mixing instructions on the packet and bottle would eliminate this confusion. I ended up putting both packets into the bottle as I figured one bottle would be more than enough, which it was. WAY more than enough. I still don't know if this was correct, but it didn't turn out to matter because of poor tint film quality and less than ideal application conditions. I would highly recommend applying this indoors or on a very still day as wind will ruin your efforts. Squeegee, cloth and razor were good, but I already had these items. Definitely didn't need a full break-off blade for the project, but ended up keeping it. Not sure if there is anything special about the application fluid, but I imagine window cleaner or dilute dish soap would have worked just as well. Personally, I would not buy this again and wouldn't recommend it. I think that most people could buy the tools they didn't have for less than the price of the kit.

    This tint kit was very easy to use. You do have to buy the tinting film separately though but it's very affordable. It comes with a concentrated tint-on solution and a 16 oz applicator bottle that allows the film to slip easily into place.The window tint application kit includes a professional-quality angled squeegee and low-lint cloth for smooth application. It also has a multi-blade utility knife inside with a sharp blade to cut the film into the exact shape needed to fit your windows. It works well with most vehicles. I definitely recommend this product!

    Great application kit!
    All products included in the application kit are incredibly useful for applying the window tint. They are of good quality. The spray container is very durable plastic. The cleaning solution package was not easily torn open and adding solution to spray bottle was problematic, but solution once applied cleaned area very well. Cleaning cloth was also very good quality and preformed well. Most impressive was the rubber squeegee, very sturdy and strong and made application process very easy. I did recieve this item in exchange for my honest opinion.

    My Husband said that the tint film application kit will help a lot when putting the tint on the windows. He said it can be done without the kit but it will be a lot easier with the kit.

    Decent kit, fair price with all included!
    This kit does really come with everything you need, but I learned from my last time of tint application, there are things that I prefer to have on hand for myself. This kit comes with a knife blade that's retractable but I find for myself I prefer a very sharp needlepoint cutter for edges and I also always have a straight edge brand new razor blade on hand. I also like to have at least one or two brand new cloths on hand but this comes with a whole pile of lint-free cloths and they did work well. I would give a huge shout out and standing ovation to the rubber smoother this set comes with. I have bought a few over the years and used ones that have come with other kits and they are horrible. They can scratch your tent or if they get a tiny abrasion on them you're in trouble. This one is so so easy I'm going to save it forever because I love it that much, lol! The spray bottle worked well but it is just that it is just a spray bottle you fill it with water and then add a pack of powder. It worked though. The price on this kit was fair and I would buy it for a quick days job of installing tint although I prefer my own knives but I used everything else and found it satisfactory.

    everything you need in one kit
    The kit was useful in the installation of new window film. The solution has to be mixed right before use for the best results. Tap water is not suggested due to the additives to make it drinkable. a good bottled water will work just fine. This solution gives you a bit more time to be careful with the installation for a better placement of the film. The supplied cutter, and squeegee tool did a good job. I will use the squeegee on many more applications other than window film. Like small, and large decal installs.
