I really like the lozenges. I have purchased the rinse and the spray. Still going to purchase the toothpaste. I would highly recommend this product for anyone that suffers from dry mouth. Before this I always used hard candies for my dry mouth. The candies did not help my dry mouth for very long. I had to constantly have a candy in my mouth. Biotene had helped so much. no good
nope this product didn't work to alleviate my symptoms at all. And it gave my tounge a weird stingy feeling like it was numbing effect. And my mouth was just as dry. Actually the lozenges doesn't make any sense to me , they were expensive and you need spit to even dissolve a mint so putting something dry into an already dry mouth is pointless. And the weird overall numbness and tingling on the tounge and mouth was just wrong. my dentist suggested the mouth wash from biotine but I couldn't find it so I stumbled on the lozenge but now I will not be trying any other products. forget it.

    The lozenges are tasty however they melt very quickly and don't provide the moisturizer for more than a few minutes and are expensive. Until I find something else I will have to use these.

    Perfect and Yummy Lozenges
    I liked everything about it- the size, the packaging (perfect to bring it everywhere (not bulky), easy to use, and the taste is great! It helps with the dryness and bad taste in the mouth, too.

    A handy little lifesaver!
    These are easily the best lozenges I've tried thus far on the market for dry mouth. Just let it dissolve slowly in your mouth and immediatley the results last for at least couple hours afterwards. I liked most that I didn't have to search find them in a store too. They are delicious and just the thing you need when your mouth feels a little dry or just to freshen your breath. I keep one pack in my purse at all times!     Biotene Dry Mouth Lozenges do the job of reversing dry mouth and keeping moisture going for hours after it has dissolved. The package has 27 Lozenges and I needed only one a day, so that lasts me a long time, almost a whole month! You can use them as needed throughout the day as many times as your mouth calls for them. They have a very subtle but effective mint flavor to enjoy while sucking on them. They come in in small sheets with 9 in each sheet and they are small enough to toss in your purse or store in your pocket.
