Defects
There is a lot of scratches. It is disappointing when you pull the heavy box in then unpackaged the box and found out it miss so many paints here and there. Requested for exchange. I hope Walmart would do better the 2nd time.

    Cheaply made but love the style
    I bought this knowing it was inexpensive and probably cheaply made because I loved the design. Well, its exactly that- the frame was warped and one for the screws doesn't even go in all the way. The cushion is a bit frumpy but nice to be included. I just wish it was better made and more expensive.

    Consider some other options
    I ordered a white bench but they sent me a black even though the black wasn't an available option at the time of purchase. I did not want to go through the return process and much less after putting it together. It was so disappointing because the seat is not long enough in the back. I had to use a longer screw to hold it together. Not high quality as I expected for the price and size. However, I give it 3 stars because it is different/unique. I love the size and shape. The cushion is really comfortable and it has good quality but seems to be bigger than what covers it.

    3 stars because the bench itself is all right. First issue, the box came super beat up. Second issue, I ordered black and a white bench came. Even though I give it three stars, I would recommend this product so long as the shipper can figure out how to handle a box correctly and Walmart can get the customers order correct.

    The holes did not line up and the Better Homes and Garden emblem is upside down! The cushion is also very lumpy like its too big for the cover! I also ordered white and recieved black!

    Arrived damaged, dirty and stinky
    The bench arrived very quickly and was easy to assemble (make sure not to tighten screws until the end). Unfortunately, it was scuffed, scraped, dirty and slightly dented when I removed it from the box. The emblem is also applied at an angle instead of straight, and the welding is really sloppy. The cushion smells like it's stuffed with roadkill, but I'm assuming its just chemicals. Hopefully a few days outside will fix this. It's not returnable to Walmart, but since I plan on spray painting it anyway, the damage shouldn't be too noticeable. I wouldn't recommend buying this bench if you're looking for quality, but for me it will be fine as an occasional seat for the front porch.

    Not worth it! Do not buy
    Ordered first time wrong color came in. Second one the seat was 1/2 I in too short to assemble to the back and the screws are short. The instructions say to call manufacturer and not the seller. Called the manufacturer and they said they would send a seat. They told me to email them pictures which I did. As of today I have not had a response from them. This has been 5 days. Will call tomorrow.... to much hassle and I would not recommend!

    Turn Emblem to the Back
    I found this a bit difficult to put together. I then turned the 'Better Homes and Gardens' metal emblem on the seat, to the back, and found it much easier to assemble. If you have that problem, simply turn the seat to the back. I guess that is where the emblem was to go, I dunno but it worked for me. I like the size for the front porch, not too long and large enough for two people to sit.

    Dents, scratches, and started to rust after one rain. Must be kept under a roof and remember it will come with imperfections.
