Sturdy and comfortable- awesome chair
I absolutely love these chairs (I purchased two of them for my basement). They are very easy to assemble, sturdy and very comfortable. The cushions are soft and do not lose fluff. And the price is great too. I definitely recommend. (The navy blue looks so good!!)

Could be a good chair, but it is damaged.
Price of the item was great and it shipped/arrived quickly. The chair cushion is comfortable. However the chair arrived damaged. I contacted customer service (of the company, not walmart), they claimed they were sending a new chair, and it's been 2 months without a word or a new chair. The 'bowl' of the chair is made by assembling three metal pieces together. Unfortunately one of my three pieces was bent badly enough that it does not connect flush to the other pieces. Luckily I only weigh 100lbs so I can sit on it without fear of it falling apart. My only other complaint was the silica bead packets included in the packaging were also damaged, leading to an explosion of beads all over my house when I opened up the box. Not usually a big deal, however I have a one year old that will eat anything off the floor. So overall this might be a good chair, if the packaging could better protect it and the customer service could actually send a replacement part/chair.

    Terrible Customer Service
    The chair arrived with one section having chipped paint and rusting. I chose to contact Better Homes and Garden customer service to request a replacement part since the rest of the chair was well built. However, there was never any answer on the number provided and two emails were ignored. I plan to return the chair for a refund if I'm not contacted and going with another model.

    Excellent quality for the price!
    I bought this chair for an accent piece in my living room and was quite surprised once i received it. We first saw a display model in store in the light grey color and decided to do navy blue to offset my mostly grey furniture. The display model looked and felt great for the price so we took a chance on it. My husband and daughter put this together in 10-15 minutes, so assembly is a breeze. The quality of the frame is what I was most impressed by, it's a really solid frame and feels like it will hold up to the weight of adults and the abuse of my kids. The cushion itself is really nice too. My only complaint is that with an above average weight, you may feel the bars under the cushion after extended amounts of sitting. Maybe adding an extra foam piece under there to help may be in my near future. Honestly, I'm super happy with this purchase as I had my doubts.

    I do love the chair. It could use a little extra cushion but nothing you can't fix with some foam or something underneath. It is however cat approved which matters the most. I love it and am using it as my little cozy reading chair. It was easy ish to put together. I didn't have an issue besides trying to make it even (do the final tightening after you have pieces together)

    I love this chair!
    So my other Papasan chair had broken because my dog had chewed the bottom half so obviously I needed another one since it's the only chair I ever use. This one is a bit different because it needs assembled, once I had help it was easy to assemble it. I actually prefer this one since it's metal, the one I had gotten from Pier 1 was wood, this one feels sturdier and my dog can't chew this one. Not to mention it's cheaper than ones at Home Depot, Pier 1 and Amazon.

    Do not buy
    I wish I could give 0 stars. I opened the box and find the chair is bent in multiple spots. So bent it cant even be put together. Its rusting and the paint is peeling off the entire thing. I was offered a 10% refund if I chose to keep the chair ... this is embarrassing. I will never order from walmart again. Pathetic.

    Love My New Reading Chair
    Assembly went okay, there was a dent in the seat rail but it luckily still slid together. The red dot on the base wasn't there but going by the pictures of assembled chairs posted here, I was able to figure out the direction the chair needed to sit. The cushion is a super soft sherpa but does tend to scoot down the frame as I sit there and also flattens after sitting in the chair for longer periods of time. I can fluff the cushion a little and it makes it feel better but I plan to replace the cushion down the road anyway so it's not a big deal. I cover the chair with a blanket to keep the chair clean from staining. Overall very pleased with this chair as it was a great deal compared to other stores.

    Only good for decor purpose not actual use
    Cushion flattens fast, my tween is 97 pounds and this cushion is flat already and we only had this a couple months . I haven't found anywhere to get replacement cushions so it ends up being a waste of money essentially. I would not buy this again . Also the straps intended to hold the cushion on break off easily , ours only stayed on 2 days . This chair has very light use it's mostly for decor purposes . So overall it's good for decoration but not for actual use of any kind even light use .
